Why we started?
For years, we would get motivated, start a plan, lose weight, feel good, and then slowly drift once life got busy again.
Holidays, family visits, travel, dinners with friends, and our love for food made it hard to maintain the progress we had worked for.
We tried personal training, macro plans, workout routines, apps, and plenty of online advice. The thing that consistently worked was simple: tracking calories, understanding macros, lifting weights, and adjusting based on the week we were actually living.
